I’m a weight lifter, mountain junkie, paddle boarder, hiker, backpacker, newbie snowboarder, frequent concert-goer.
And like you, I’ve been through it all.
I help fellow strength-seekers and fun-havers transform their nutrition so they can reclaim their lives, bodies, and minds.

I get it. I’ve been there. Shit, sometimes - I’m still there.
The process never really ends.
But your struggles can.
