Now I know this backwards message that gets grilled in our heads is so detrimental not only to our fitness and performance, but also energy levels and ability to do life.
In just 4 short months, I have made so many gains with my nutrition, fitness, and overall mood and mindset. All things I chased over the past ten years of chasing grueling workouts, thinking this would give me results. I have gone from eating less than 100g of carbs a day to over 275. But most importantly, I don’t feel bad about it!
Working with Kelly has been such a great investment in my overall heath and I am so grateful for the amazing guidance she has given me.

I have more energy, so I can more easily get my workouts in without hammering myself. My workouts give me a mental break which also helps my sleep. My sleep helps my mental clarity and energy. Lather, rinse, repeat. Brick by brick.

Our check-ins were always fun, informative, helpful, humorous, and free of judgement. She got me to feel more comfortable with foods I had long restricted. And let me tell you, it feels great to eat a bagel and that’s something I’ve been doing now, whether I am in a cut, maintenance, or bulk.
With Kelly’s help I decided to try a bulk. Despite strength training for a decade, it was not something I had ever done: 1. I was clueless about the process 2. I assumed I would feel stuffed and uncomfortable after overeating at every meal.
Again, Kelly slowly worked up my calories and figured out my macros for me. I was not uncomfortable at all. I was well-fed, recovered and HAPPY. After several months of the bulk, I noticed composition changes – much more definition in my back, quads, and arms. When the bulk ended Kelly helped me slowly dial back my calories, paying attention to how my hunger cues felt, how my mood was affected by my intake, and what was reasonable and important *to me*. I am really happy with the results.
I can’t recommend Kelly enough as a coach. She truly is what she says she is – a coach who can help you without restriction, shame, or guilt.
